The JOB FAIR is to be hosted by Titu Maiorescu University in Bucharest, between 10:00 and 14:00.

We will promote current employment opportunities but also additional services that are designed to facilitate the acces on the Romanian labour market of those who just graduated college, have no experience but a lot of energy, open mind and willingness to learn in order to achieve the satisfaction of a solid career.With a wide expertise based on the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies designed to facilitate skills identification and assessment, skill transfer, career counseling and training in accordance to actual requirements of the labor market, HRS is acknowledged as one of the main specialized providers of integrated HR services and HR Management Systems.

The strategic project “Career Start – Best practices in professional counseling of Romanian students” („Start in cariera – Bune practici europene in consilierea profesionala a studentilor romani“) is implemented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and is financed by the European Social Fund through Sectoral Operational Programme Human Resources Development 2007-2013, “Invest in people!”.

The overall objective is to develop and implement counseling and guidance services improved for a number of 5000 students in order to facilitate their integration into the labor market.
