From 8 to 9 September 2011, HR Specialists participated at an event organized by Franco Jobs—the first edition of a job fair dedicated to people passionate about the French language. The event debuted in Bucharest at the Capital Plaza Hotel and united approximately 10 companies that offer solid chances in francophone careers in Romania as well as in France. Career opportunities at the fair were oriented towards young students and graduates as well as to people with vast experience in using and utilizing the French language in professional contexts which require coordination, training, and management activities.

HRS was remarkable in the course of the event as being one of the most active companies in regards to interrelations with applicants.

Job offers promoted by HRS were able to address people with vast professional experience as well as those without. The primary interest was shown towards the following professional offers: Translator, foreign language trainer, project coordinator, human resources counselor (internship), or project manager.

The good organization, job visibility, and professionalism of our consultants attracted the attention of applicants; the HRS team registered 133 applicants.

The HRS team offered career interviews and professional counseling meetings to Romanian as well as French youth with the goal of teaching them to promote themselves from a professional perspective.

On the occasion of this first francophone job fair in Bucharest, the participants appeared to be enchanted by the organization of such an event that, for the future, proclaims to be among the best in the circle of job fairs in Romania, especially through what it offers: a professional, dynamic, and open environment.
